Full Circle Childcare Center Project Update
There is a lot happening behind the scenes with childcare in Dodge City!
While work continues on the Full Circle Childcare Center, the Childcare Coalition of Dodge City is doing much more than designing a building. We are learning from other childcare centers and industry experts, planning for safety and security, developing operations and staffing plans, supporting existing providers, connecting families through our Provider Directory and Child Care Waitlist, and exploring new opportunities such as shared purchasing for licensed providers.
Our goal is bigger than one childcare center. We are working to build a stronger, more sustainable childcare system for our entire community.
Full Circle Childcare Center Groundbreaking
Community leaders, partners, and residents gathered on April 10 to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Full Circle Childcare Center, a transformational project aimed at expanding childcare access and supporting the local workforce in Dodge City. The new facility represents years of planning and collaboration focused on addressing the community’s growing childcare needs. Conversations surrounding childcare challenges began in 2019, bringing together stakeholders to identify solutions and build a path forward. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone in that ongoing effort.
